Club Robina, a vibrant and welcoming community club, that takes pride on delivering exceptional customer service to members and guests.

The newly renovated club is currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced Bistro Attendants to join our energetic team on a casual basis.

n

Whilst a casual role, the successful applicant will need to have full availability, as the club operates 7 days a week and both lunch and dinner shifts will be rostered.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

Work in food areas (Bistro or Cafe), providing excellent customer service

n

Assist with basic food preparation (as required)

n

Deliver meals to customer tables in an efficient manner (3 plate carrying)

n

Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service

n

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

n

Able to work collaboratively within a team and with various departments

n

A positive attitude and an ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment

n

Flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends

n

Sound experience in food service

n

An interest to learn bar or other club areas would be highly regarded
