Key Responsibilities
Manage the full contract administration process from award through to completion
Prepare, negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements and trade packages
Process progress claims, variations and payment certificates
Liaise with site management, project managers and subcontractors to keep programs on track
Manage procurement schedules and coordinate timely delivery of materials
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Assist with cost control, budgeting and reconciliation

About You




Proven experience as a Contract Administrator on Class 2 residential or commercial building projects
Sound understanding of building contracts, subcontractor agreements and variations
Solid negotiation, communication and organisational skills
Proficiency with construction management software
A collaborative, proactive approach with strong attention to detail
