Role Overview
Manage and grow an existing East / South-East Melbourne territory of Occupational Therapists and referral partners, while developing new business.
Work closely with Occupational Therapists to provide consultative product solutions, from initial assessment through to delivery.
Conduct product demonstrations and in-field consultations, including in-home and in-community visits, generally accompanied by an OT
Provide product education and recommendations to support NDIS and other funding applications
Own the full sales process. This is a consultative, relationship-led role.
You will be well supported locally, with plenty of product availability and customer support to help you do your job successfully.

Skills Required
Experience working with assistive technology for aged care, disability or a related medical equipment/allied health sales role
Excellent business acumen and ability to manage an autonomous, self-directed sales territory
Strong relationship-building skills with Occupational Therapists and other allied health specialists
Positive, can-do attitude with high levels of customer care, empathy and attention to detail
Comfortable driving a medium-sized van and handling bulky equipment
Australian citizen or permanent resident
