Job Description

GRANATA'S, a busy Italian Restaurant and Bar in Merrylands, NSW, is seeking an experienced waiter who can manage a busy section, craft valuable coffee, and set the floor's tone. You'll mentor juniors, handle guest interactions, and contribute to a vibrant service workplace.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a quick-paced venue, strong Italian wine knowledge, fluent English, and a NSW RSA certificate or willingness to obtain one. Nights and weekends availability is required.
