About the Client

Our client is a specialist property lender providing tailored lending solutions to investors, entrepreneurs and private clients.
They combine private-bank service with the speed and flexibility of a specialist lender.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:
Growing and managing sophisticated client relationships
Winning current lending opportunities
Structuring bespoke property finance solutions
Working closely with Credit, Operations & Leadership
Building a high-quality client portfolio

This is a true relationship + origination role with significant autonomy and earning potential.

What You’ll Bring
3+ years in banking, lending or property finance
Experience across commercial lending, commercial property finance,



private banking or private credit
Proven ability to originate & convert recent business
Robust relationships with investors, business owners or sophisticated clients
Excellent commercial judgement, communication & negotiation skills
Property finance / commercial lending experience highly regarded.
