An established South Australian organisation is seeking multiple Systems Administrators to join its Infrastructure team on an initial 3-month contract. This role will support a large on-premises enterprise workplace and is suited to experienced infrastructure professionals who remain highly hands-on across systems administration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and operational support.
Working across a diverse technology stack, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, stability, and performance of critical infrastructure systems while supporting key technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support Windows Server and Linux environments
Maintain and support VMware and Nutanix infrastructure
Provide Citrix administration and troubleshooting
Perform system patching, upgrades, monitoring, and maintenance
Investigate and resolve infrastructure incidents and problems
Support backup, recovery, and business continuity processes
Assist with system upgrades, improvements,
and infrastructure projects
Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
Collaborate with network, security, and infrastructure teams
Skills & Experience
Proven Systems Administration experience within enterprise environments
Solid Windows Server administration skills
Linux administration experience
VMware administration and troubleshooting
Exposure to Nutanix environments
Citrix administration experience
Robust troubleshooting and analytical skills
Experience supporting business-critical infrastructure
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
