Cali Beach Club is on the lookout for reliable, high-energy Glassy / Barbacks to join our fast-paced team.

This role is perfect for people who thrive in busy environments, work well under pressure, and want to be part of one of the Gold Coast’s most iconic venues.

The Role
As a Glassy / Barback, you’ll be responsible for:
Clearing and collecting glassware efficiently
Supporting bartenders during high-volume service
Stocking fridges, ice, and bar supplies
Keeping bar and service areas clean and organised
Maintaining venue cleanliness and safety standards

About You
You are:
Rapid, reliable, and hard-working
Comfortable in a busy environment
A robust team player with positive energy
Willing to learn and take direction




Well-presented and punctual
Available Friday–Sunday

(No experience required — experience is a bonus!)
