The Role

n

Actively oversee the day-to-day operations of the service
n
Ensure service is compliant with all service, state and NQS policies and legislations
n
Create a fun, team-oriented and stimulating environment for team members
n
Creating and maintaining effective communication and partnerships with the families
n
Mentoring team members to meet the standards and quality practices
n
Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all children, team and community
n

n

Role Requirements

n

n
Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved qualification)
n
Prior experience within a leadership position
n




Extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks
n
Effective communication skills in order to collaborate with the team, families and community
n
Thorough knowledge of early childhood policies and practices
n
