We are actively seeking applications for an experienced Accounts Receivable team member to join the Finance Team, reporting directly to the CFO.
About the role:
Managing customer accounts to ensure payment is received on time;
Answering customer queries in relation to invoices, credits or payments;
Receipting and allocation of customer payments;
Process customer credits based on stock returns or pricing issues;
Generate ageing AR reports to assist in cash flow forecasting;
Assist in the set up of recent customer accounts, maintaining accurate customer information;
Liaising with other areas of the business including customer service and operations;
General accounting and administrative support to the CFO and finance team as required.
About you:
Minimum two years in a busy Accounts Receivable role managing a large volume of transactions;
Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate customer master files and process credits efficiently.
Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and data accuracy;
Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines;
Proficient in using MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook;
Have a positive, professional attitude with a willingness to support team goals.
