The Lorian Group is looking for a Junior Contract Administrator to join a national fitout and refurbishment company based in Brisbane CBD.

With a strong pipeline of secured work across South East Queensland, this contractor specialises in delivering high-quality commercial and government projects ranging from $1M–$5M in value.

Projects vary across fitout, refurbishment and secure environments, offering exposure to technically compelling work alongside an experienced leadership team.

This opportunity would suit a Junior Contract Administrator looking to build their career within a supportive environment that values progression, mentorship and long-term development.

The Role Working closely with experienced Project Managers and Senior CAs, responsibilities will include:
Assisting with subcontractor procurement and letting
Processing variations, progress claims and RFIs
Contract administration and project documentation
Cost tracking and reporting
Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
Supporting the delivery team across multiple live projects





Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
1–2 years Contract Administration experience within the SEQ construction market
Exposure across commercial, fitout, refurbishment or residential construction considered
Solid communication and organisational skills
High attention to detail and willingness to learn
Experience using Jonas Premier, BuildPass or similar construction software advantageous
Ability to obtain high-level security clearances and pass extensive background checks
