Job Description

Synergy Radiology is seeking a friendly Contact Centre Agent for Norwest Medical Imaging to support patients and referrers across phone and digital channels. Comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided. We offer full time, part time and casual contracts.

Shifts are Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:30 pm with weekend sittings; Saturday 8:00 am–12:00 pm; Sunday shifts may be offered after training. Experience in high-volume contact centres is advantageous.
