All Aid First Aid (AAFA) is an innovative First Aid and Emergency Response training organisation delivering specialised courses for clients based in Sydney and regional Current South Wales.

We provide a friendly, adaptable working environment and are looking for Casual Trainers. We offer our unique training programs to a diverse range of clients. Our clients primarily include schools in the Sydney area.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
n
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE40116/TAE40122 (attained or 50% completion)
n
Statement of Attainment in Provide First Aid (HLTAID011) as a minimum
n
Current NSW Working With Children Check
n
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
n
Secondary Teaching qualifications
n
Wilderness First Aid, Combat First Aider (Army) or SMET (Navy)
n
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
n
Experience in a health, emergency services or first responder role
n
Experience in outdoor education or a military medical support
n
Experience in a workplace trainer role
n
Current study in Healthcare or Emergency Services
n
SKILLS
n
Deliver a training program in an engaging and dynamic manner whilst maintaining a positive learning environment. Willing to use experiential learning techniques.
n
Deliver vocational training and assessment programs under the auspice of a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) where qualifications are issued under the Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) system
n
Deliver training programs to a diverse range of learners, including secondary school students, teachers, education specialists and school support personnel.
