Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Waiter to join our team at Hemingway's Manly in Manly NSW 2095. This full time position is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality customer service and contributing to the success of our vibrant coastal restaurant.

What you'll be doing

n

Providing attentive and friendly table service to customers

n

Taking food and drink orders efficiently and accurately

n

Serving meals and drinks in a timely and qualified manner

n

Monitoring table availability and seating customers

n

Resolving any customer inquiries or concerns in a courteous manner

n

Ensuring the dining area is well-maintained, clean and set up for service

n

Supervising and supporting junior waiting staff

n

Assisting with inventory management and stock control

n

What we're looking for

n

At least 2 years of experience in a similar waiting or customer service role

n

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

n

Ability to work well in a team and independently

n

Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service

n

Valuable problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

n

Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required

n





Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification

n

An experience of the French food & service environment is of course of plus.
