POSITION

n

Due to internal restructuring, the position of Senior Bookkeeper has been created.

n

Reporting into the Directors the role will involve the following:

n

n
Manage the day to day internal finance needs of the company
n
Payroll
n
Reconciliations
n
Preparation of month end reports
n
Work with the external accountants to ensure statutory obligations are met
n

CANDIDATE

n





The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

n

n
Degree Qualified or Cert IV in Bookkeeping/Accounting
n
3+ years relevant experience within public practice, accounting or bookkeeping
n
Experience within the construction and property development will be highly desirable
n
Due to the company having a related entity, exposure to the medical sector would be advantageous
n
Ability to work autonomously and a self starter
n
Very stable employment history (non negotiable)
n
Ability to form robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders
n
Energetic and motivated personality with great multi-tasking
n
Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
n
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
n
