Job Description

Monash Health, Victoria's largest health service, seeks a Senior Employee Relations Advisor to support People and Culture specialists and line management with complex ER matters. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver employee and industrial relations strategies within a large, multi-site organization.

Key responsibilities include delivering timely ER advice, applying enterprise agreements, supporting bargaining, and conducting workplace investigations.
