Sims Limited is seeking a Lead Mechanic to join the WA Maintenance team in Kwinana Beach. You will lead the maintenance and reliability of transport assets across Western Australia, coordinating servicing, inspections and repairs while ensuring safety and compliance.
You will manage breakdown responses, monitor fleet performance, and liaise with workshops and suppliers to optimise asset availability and minimize downtime. A current heavy vehicle licence is desirable.
