Are you an experienced Site Manager looking to take the lead on one of Sydney's most impressive luxury home builds?

Our client is an award-winning residential builder based in the Eastern Suburbs, renowned for delivering architecturally designed custom homes to the highest standard of quality and craftsmanship. They are currently seeking a hands-on Site Manager to lead a $10m high-end residential project from the front.

The Role

n

Reporting to the Construction Manager/Director, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring the project is delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard of finish.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
Overseeing all in office construction activities and trade coordination
n
Managing subcontractors and ensuring quality, safety and program are maintained
n
Liaising with the Contracts Administrator and Estimating team on procurement and program
n
Reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications
n
Enforcing WHS compliance and site safety standards
n
Conducting quality control inspections and managing defects
n
Coordinating with architects, designers and clients on site
n




Maintaining program schedules and reporting on progress
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role you will have:

n

n
Previous experience as a Site Manager within residential construction
n
Exposure to high-end custom homes or luxury residential projects
n
Solid knowledge of the NCC/BCA, WHS legislation and quality standards
n
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple trades
n
High attention to detail and a genuine passion for quality craftsmanship
n
Current Builder's Licence, White Card and relevant trade/construction qualifications
n
