Marsh is seeking a talented IT qualified to join our Mercer Technology team based in Melbourne or Sydney. This hybrid, full-time role requires being in the office at least three days per week to collaborate with tech teams.

You will triage issues, support upgrades, manage settings and work with DBA, Unix and development teams to drive resolution across the superannuation platforms.

Solid communication and coordination across multiple stakeholders are essential for success in this role.
