CareSuper is seeking a Journey Owner to lead the end-to-end retain and retire member journey, translating priorities into transparent roadmaps and backlog items for delivery teams. Reporting to the GM Member Experience, you will shape how we deliver measurable member value and business outcomes.
You will collaborate with Experience, Digital and Product teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment of design, delivery and commercial goals while defining squad outcomes and meaningful trade-offs.
