Sharp and Carter is recruiting a Compliance and Technical Manager (Regional QLD) for a high-volume meat processing operation. You will own food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across the site and lead a team within a complex processing setting.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will manage HACCP, export accreditation, audits, CAPA, non-conformance and recall processes, while driving a culture of continuous improvement and regulatory excellence across the site.
