Endeavour Foundation is seeking an Inclusive Team Leader to guide a small team transitioning from supported employment to open employment. Based at a Supported Hosted Site in Victoria Point, you will handle laundry duties and coach four team members in a busy laundry room, 4 days a week, 9am–2:30pm.
You will lead with empathy, creating a protected, inclusive setting and promoting opportunities for the team while staying hands-on with tasks and ensuring customer-ready output.
