About the Role

Depending on your experience and qualification, your responsibilities may include:
Delivering high-quality education and care for children
Creating engaging, secure, and stimulating learning environments
Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues




Supporting or leading curriculum planning and programming
Mentoring and supporting team members where applicable
Maintaining compliance with the National Quality Framework and centre policies

About You
Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
Passion for supporting children's learning and development
Knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS), and Child Safe Standards, or willingness to learn
Current Working with Children Check
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
