About the role
n
As a Pressure Welder,
you'll be responsible for carrying out high-quality pressure welding on industrial piping systems, ensuring all work is completed in accordance with relevant Australian Standards, site specifications and strict safety requirements. You'll be working within a heavy industrial workplace alongside experienced shutdown and maintenance crews.

Requirements
n
To be considered, you will need:
n
n
Trade qualification as a Boilermaker/Welder or equivalent
n
Demonstrated experience as a Pressure Welder within heavy industrial, power generation, mining, oil & gas or resources settings
n
Current pressure welding qualifications and the ability to complete weld testing if required
n
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and welding procedures (WPS)
n
Working at Heights (completed within the last 2 years)
n
Confined Space (completed within the last 2 years)
n
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
n
Robust commitment to safety, quality and teamwork
n
