West HQ in NSW is seeking a Supervisor for its busy hospitality outlet, a café and licensed bar. You will lead a small team during peak service, delegate tasks, train staff, and ensure high standards of food and beverage presentation and service.

You are hands-on, passionate about customer service, with solid leadership and problem-solving skills. You must work weekdays and weekends on a rotating roster, be familiar with POS systems, and maintain stock records and financial transactions.
