You must be able to work adaptable schedule per our clinic opening hours.

Monday – Friday, 08:30 am to 4:30 pm

Your role:
n
n
Manage the day-to-day running of the reception area
n
Answer telephone and online inquiries in a timely and informed manner
n
Manage patient appointment schedules
n
Sorting incoming/outgoing correspondence, scanning, and filing in the computer system
n
Process patient payments, invoices, and receipts. Manage referrals, including checking patient's eligibility
n
General office duties
n

Willingness to learn Apple Mac systems with on-the-job training provided.
n
