Casual or part time Chef de Partie working across the FRENCHIE & ALFIES GROUP venues. You will be rostered as required, including evenings and weekends, and will support preparation and service across different sections and venues needs.

Key responsibilities
Assist with preparation and service across different sections
Manage a busy section efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Support section management and ordering
Maintain standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and consistency
Work across multiple venues, service styles, and menus within the group

About you
Minimum 3 years of culinary experience, with Chef de Partie experience preferred
Ability to manage a busy section efficiently in a rapid-paced kitchen setting
Flexibility to work across multiple venues, service styles, and menus within the group




Strong communication skills, a cheerful outlook, and the ability to work professionally under pressure
Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene, preparation standards, and kitchen procedures
