Fish N Flips Upper Kedron is seeking a Swim School Lead to combine teaching with leadership. You will guide lesson quality, support teacher development and oversee the day‑to‑day experience of swimmers and families.
You will continue teaching while helping the team deliver protected, engaging and consistently excellent swimming lessons, taking responsibility and offering constructive feedback to improve outcomes.
