Bonnie Hotels Group is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to oversee hotel operations during shifts, lead staff, and maintain service standards across the venue. The role is full time and requires you to report to the Hotel Licensee, coordinating daily tasks and ensuring a smooth, guest‑focused operation.

You will drive teamwork, champion safety and compliance with RSA and liquor licensing, handle customer enquiries, manage issues, and ensure the venue remains presentable.
