We're after a Dental Assistant who wants to be more than an extra pair of hands.

What that looks like day to day:
You're the person a nervous patient looks at when the dentist is mid-sentence and you know how to give them a reassuring glance back. You anticipate the next instrument before it's asked for. You notice when someone's had a rough week and adjust how you talk to them accordingly. That's not a skill we can train from zero, but everything else, we can.

The non-negotiables:

At least 6 months in a dental assisting role — enough that the basics are second nature

Genuinely positive with people — this matters more to us than years on the job

Coachable.
