Edcamps is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Centre Manager to lead activity instructors and support daily operations at our Lake Macquarie camp, near Sydney. You’ll mentor staff, coordinate with visiting teachers, and ensure secure, high‑quality outdoor education experiences from arrival to departure.
You’ll work closely with the Centre Manager to drive staff development, maintain safety standards, and keep rostering, resourcing and housekeeping on track in a lively camp workplace.
