Working within a supportive property management team, your responsibilities will include:




Scheduling and conducting routine inspections
Completing ingoing and outgoing inspections
Coordinating lease renewals and negotiations
Preparing residential leases
Coordinating lease signing and documentation
Liaising professionally with tenants and landlords
Supporting the wider Property Management team
Ensuring accurate records and documentation are maintained

To be successful in this position, you will ideally have:
1–2 years of experience within real estate or property management
Previous exposure to inspections, leasing or property management administration
A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
A valid driver’s license and reliable car
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Solid organisation and attention to detail
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
A genuine desire to build a long-term career within Property Management
