RAC Karri Valley Resort in the Southwest WA region is seeking a Duty Manager for full-time afternoon and evening shifts. You will oversee resort operations, support teams, and ensure exceptional guest service in a protected, welcoming setting.
In office accommodation is provided, enabling you to live and work on-site. You will manage guest arrivals and departures, coordinate across departments, handle enquiries and incidents, ensure compliance with WHS and liquor laws, and report nightly handovers
