The successful candidate will work a Tuesday–Saturday roster.

Responsibilities
Lead day‐to‐day store operations with a strong floor presence.
Inspire, coach, and develop a large, diverse team to create future leaders.
Deliver outstanding customer experiences in line with Universal Store service expectations.
Drive sales results and ensure store profitability through cost and productivity management.
Oversee rostering, budgets, and scheduling to meet business and payroll targets.
Maintain visual merchandising, presentation standards, and storeefficiencies.
Recruit, train, and support team members with clear,honestand constructive feedback.




Uphold and model Perfect Stranger'sbehaviouralexpectations, culture, and brand values.

Skills and Experience
Strong retail background with hands‑on experience across stockroom and shop floor.
Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager, leading medium to large teams.
Warm, enthusiastic communicator who leads with positivity and purpose.
Ability to adaptina fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
High attention to detail with a robust understanding of retail profitability.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales results.
Confident in delivering feedback and communicating effectively at all levels
