Job Description

Darling Downs Health is seeking a Manager of People and Culture Business Partnering to strengthen the workforce supporting healthcare delivery across our region. You will lead a team of partners and work closely with leaders to deliver workforce outcomes and enable high-quality care.

You’ll bring senior HR experience in complex organisations, expertise in workforce strategy, employee relations, change management and stakeholder engagement, plus the ability to coach and develop others.
