Regis Resources is seeking an experienced Capability Advisor to join the Duketon Operations team. This site-based FIFO role coordinates and delivers behavioural capability, leadership and workforce development programs while supporting frontline leaders and psychosocial safety initiatives.
You will coordinate Early Careers programs (apprentices, graduates, trainees, vacation students) and administer core site training activities, ensuring records, VOCs and inductions are up to date.
