Possability Group is seeking a qualified clinical leader to lead therapeutic practice and case planning for children and young people with complex needs. You will deliver trauma-informed, person-centred support and guide Care Teams while managing a caseload up to 12 CYP.
You will assess cognitive, emotional, and behavioural needs, develop and review interventions, lead team meetings, and coach teams in trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice.
