Workfast is seeking experienced Pipefitters specialising in high-pressure piping for an immediate start on a major heavy industrial project located in Port Kembla .

This position offers full-time site hours with robust overtime potential, running through to late November 2026 with prospects for extension into early 2027.
Base Rate: $58.00 per hour + penalties + superannuation
Penalty rates applicable on extended weekday hours and weekend shifts

Roster & Hours
Monday – Friday: 6:30am – 5:00pm
Saturday: 6:00am – 2:00pm
Shift: Day shift with steady overtime available

Key Requirements
Piping Experience: Demonstrated hands-on experience with high-pressure piping systems (Required).
Weld Test: Ability to pass a stick (SMAW ) weld test to ISO 9606.1 standard prior to commencement (Required).
White Card: Valid Construction Induction Card (Required).




Working at Heights: Valid ticket (Required).
Site Compliance: Ability to pass pre-employment and random on-site Drug & Alcohol screening.

Preferred Tickets & Experience
High Risk Work License – EWP Boom (>11m / WP Ticket).
Proven background working in heavy industry, mining, or oil & gas environments.
