RS Group is seeking a People Specialist, ANZ to provide HR generalist support for Perth-based businesses and assist in HR operations across WA and ANZ. The role includes partnering with the Senior PBP, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring compliant payroll coordination and reporting.
You will maintain HR data in HRIS systems, prepare contracts and communications, and drive process improvements. Solid knowledge of employment law and SAP/ADP experience are preferred.
