Working as part of a skilled team, you’ll be responsible for the mechanical assembly and fitting of manufactured equipment, with exposure to hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

You’ll be involved in:
Mechanical fitting, assembly and installation
Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Fault finding, repairs and adjustments
Reading technical drawings and specifications
Using hand and power tools
Quality checking and ensuring a high standard of workmanship
Working collaboratively to meet production deadlines

You’ll ideally have:
Mechanical Fitter trade qualification or relevant experience
Previous experience in a mechanical fitting environment
Robust mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret technical drawings
Hydraulic and pneumatic experience
A strong commitment to safety and quality
Reliable, professional and team-focused approach

Experience withintransport, trailer manufacturing, heavy vehicle or similar industries will be highly regarded.
