Silverchain is seeking a Service Delivery Team Leader to lead and support a team of care workers delivering in-home services across the Central Coast region. This is a hands-on leadership role spending time in the field, driving performance, promoting protected work practices and ensuring excellent client outcomes.
This part time role (20 hours per week) on a 12‑month contract offers field-based work with work-from-home flexibility and occasional travel to our Sydney (Bella Vista) office.
