Rarekind in Current South Wales is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to own the workshop and drive manufacturing operations. You will lead daily production activities, manage schedules and labour, and ensure quality across all stages of production.
You will interpret engineering drawings and specifications, oversee inspections and drive improvements while maintaining WHS standards. You will work closely with the Workshop Supervisor to develop the team and keep production moving.
