Forsight Australia is seeking enthusiastic Active Support Workers to assist clients in Westmead, NSW, under our Active Support model. Roles are part time at Acacia home, focused on inclusion, independence and wellbeing for residents.
Ideal candidates will have or be studying for a Cert III in Disability, with 6 months of similar experience. A current First Aid/CPR certificate, NSW driver’s license and NDIS Worker Screening are required; sleepovers and night shifts may be needed.
