Glasshouse Country Baptist Church in Queensland is seeking an Associate Pastor - Youth to grow and develop our youth ministry, collaborating with the Glasshouse Christian College pastoral team to support about 550 high school students.
The ideal candidate has a calling to youth ministry, is pursuing theological training, and can lead with a explicit strategy to reach and disciple young people in a church-school setting. This is a full time role requiring passion, teamwork and godly leadership.
