About the Role

As our Retail Business Manager for the Brisbane South & Gold Coast region, you’ll manage a well‑established portfolio of retail flooring customers, building robust relationships and driving growth in the territory. This is a field and home‑based role with regular regional travel to engage with customers, identify new opportunities and become a trusted advisor.

You’ll be a proactive consultant using data‑driven insights to help retailers succeed. Your focus will be on strategic account management, business development, and delivering a premium customer experience.

Achieve and exceed sales targets across the territory

Develop and execute territory‑specific business plans

About You
Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales/account management
Retail, commercial, or flooring industry experience (desirable)
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
Strategic thinker with strong planning and organisational ability
Comfortable working autonomously and on the road
