A Melbourne-based commercial fit out and interiors contractor specialising in the delivery of workplace and health care projects is seeking an experienced and hands-on Site Manager to their team on a short-term contract for an upcoming office fit out project in South-East Melbourne.

This is a great prospect for a foreman who enjoys being leading from the front, and delivering high-quality finishes in a quick-paced commercial fit out workplace.

Project Details
Location: South-East Melbourne
Duration: Approx. 6 weeks (once commenced)
Work schedule: Monday- Friday and potential for some Saturday work (day shifts only)
Project type: Office fit out

About the Role
You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise site works




Not afraid to get involved with works on site
Coordinate trades and sequencing of works
Ensure WHS compliance at all times
Maintain program timelines and quality standards
Liaise with project management and stakeholders

About You
Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial fit out / construction ideally on office fit outs
Strong understanding of site safety and coordination
Reliable, proactive, and able to work autonomously
Trade background
