Kanda on the Sunshine Coast is seeking Residential Care Workers to support young people in secure home settings. You will receive structured training including TCI and The Sanctuary Model and work across morning, afternoon/evening, and overnight shifts.
Locations include Beerwah, Caboolture and Buderim. A current Driver’s licence, WWCC, NDIS checks and First Aid/CPR are required, with ongoing learning and career opportunities as the team grows.
