YOUR ROLE

As a KEY player in this winning General Insurance team (being led and mentored by some of Australia's top insurance law partners), you will love advising top insurers, re-insurers and corporates on intellectually stimulating +interesting large/ complex claims. Key areas of focus:
Qualified Indemnity ( financial lines - eg accountants, insolvency practitioners, financial planners, valuers, estate agents, insurance/business brokers), engineers/building consultants, allied health pros etc.
Directors & Officers - management liability, employment practices liability, cyber liability
General liability – public liability, product Liability,

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:
have 4+ years’ insurance law experience (up to Senior Associate level ) including in financial lines professional indemnity/directors+ officers management liability;
have strong research/technical/drafting legal+ advocacy skills + a robust commercial acumen + ability to provide practical relevant advice;
have proven ability to manage client relationships ;
