Sky High Mount Dandenong is currently seeking a talented and dedicated Chef to join our team on a full-time basis in Victoria, Australia. Positioned in the scenic Dandenong Ranges, Sky High is an iconic Melbourne destination renowned for its award-winning restaurant, breathtaking panoramic views, and exceptional dining experiences.

We offer modern Australian cuisine for lunch, dinner, weddings, private functions, and special events, maintaining a steadfast commitment to high-quality food and outstanding service.

Key responsibilities for the role typically include:
Preparing, cooking, and presenting contemporary Australian dishes to a high standard
Assisting with menu execution for restaurant dining, weddings, and private functions




Maintaining strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation standards
Working collaboratively with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
Managing ingredient preparation and supporting stock control as required

This full time position offers a market-competitive salary package of $80,000 to $85,000 per year plus superannuation.
