About the role
Community based OT service delivery for NDIS participants
Work-from-home base, with local community visits across Inner Melbourne and the South East
Pick your own caseload and hours, so work complements your lifestyle
Complete functional capacity assessments
Provide capacity building therapy and skills development
Recommend, trial, and prescribe Assistive Technology
Write clear, high quality reports aligned with NDIS standards
Collaborate with families, support coordinators, and allied health partners




Admin support provided, so you can spend more time with your participants
Access to qualified tools (Splose, Outlook, etc.) to manage your caseload

About you
Degree in Occupational Therapy
AHPRA registration, Working with Children Check, and Police Check
Experience working as a community Occupational Therapist within the NDIS
Strong written and verbal English skills for skilled communication
Comfortable working independently, with admin support available
Your own ABN, to be engaged as a contractor
Valid driving licence, a dependable car, and a laptop with reliable internet
