We're on the lookout for a hands‑on Senior HR skilled who knows how to roll up their sleeves and get things done. This is a practical, on‑the‑ground role supporting a busy blue‑collar workforce across multiple sites.
You’ll be responsible for:
Managing EBAs, awards, and IR matters with confidence and pragmatism
Driving onboarding, employee relations, and performance management processes
Supporting site leaders with workforce planning and day‑to‑day HR support
This 3‑month contract has a solid view to extend and is with a national company known for its robust values and operational focus.
